Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the sensitive nature of
laboratory research products, all sales are final and we do
not accept returns.

In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged
items, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Order Issues & Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances
and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days
of delivery. Photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging is required.
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund if the correct
product is unavailable.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
so the issue can be investigated and resolved.

Non-Eligible Refund or Replacement Requests

Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after an order has shipped
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Requests submitted outside the 7-day reporting window
  • Orders canceled after shipment

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested by email before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Requirement

No refunds or replacements will be issued without the return of the original
product, unless otherwise determined by Integrity Peptide Supply.

How to File a Claim

To initiate a claim, please email

with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims are reviewed within 3 business days, and we will
contact you with the next steps once the review is complete.
